​Shakeel Tirmizi, co-founder and CEO
Dr. Tirmizi has over twenty five years industrial experience in Technology and Process Development.  He has a successful track record of developing and commercializing new products and processes for the synthetic lubricants, biofuels and flavor/fragrance industries.  Dedicated to making a positive impact on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and progressing sustainable green technologies.  Successfully scaled up and commercialized products from laboratory to kilo scale, pilot plant and plant scales.  Managed and led multi-disciplinary teams to successfully implement new and applied technology to positively impact the bottom line in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Shakeel holds a Bachelor's of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and an M.S. and Ph.D. also in Chemical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  He has a distinguished academic record, is a gold medalist, and class valedictorian.

Ray Husko has more than 30 years of experience developing processes from inception to large scale commercial Plants for ExxonMobil Chemical Corporation. During his employment at ExxonMobil Chemicals, Ray developed processes for manufacturing Poly Alpha Olefins based lubricants.  He has experience building lab setups and pilot plant units for process development work. He has hands on experience running and troubleshooting these units and solving complex process problems.  
Rakesh Patel has 26+ years of experience developing processes from inception to large scale commercial Plants for ExxonMobil Chemical Corporation, Range Fuels and CHOREN Gmbh,  Primus Green Energy and Afton Chemicals.  Rakesh made a major contribution to the building and commissioning of a 5 ton per day pilot plant for making ethanol from wood for Range Fuels. He has also built a process development laboratory for developing wood to ethanol process.  Rakesh worked for more than 15 years at ExxonMobil Chemicals developing processes of manufacturing Poly Alpha Olefins based lubricants and supported technology transfer to two commercial plants. He has a Master’s degree in Petrochemical Engineering and Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

Anand Bakshi  Is an enterpreneur, with over twenty five years experience in IT Services and Solutions, including Big Data Computing and Science, M2M Solution, RTLS integration in ERP, Health Care and Enterprise Mobility. He held various positions with Start up, Service and Product Companies.  He has contributed in Operation setup, Technologies, Product Life Management, Project / Program Management, and Delivery.  Anand holds a BS degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics. 

Ali Bukhari Is an IoT hardware specialist with 10+ years of RF hardware and Wireless connectivity experience. After acquiring a graduate degree in Telecommunications from the University of Maryland, College Park, his career began with RF system design for WiFi, Wimax, LTE and Proprietary connectivity solutions. For the past 4 years his main focus has been to realize sensor connectivity in IoT applications for wearable and fitness, wireless charging, Smart home / Industry solutions with a special focus on IoT enabled Mesh networks. As a part of the on going IoT revolution, his interest lies in making connectivity solutions seamless, hence enabling data scientists to access relevant data for detailed analysis and solution optimization. 

John McBain has over 35 years of experience in process development at Hoffman La Roche and at ExxonMobil Chemicals. At ExxonMobil in Edison, NJ, John was involved in safely building, operating, and maintaining lab and pilot units.  The equipment range was from laboratory glassware to pressure reactors.  The operations were reactions, distillations, hydrogenations, fixed bed reactions, and fluidized bed activations.  He has experience ranging from the lab, to start up in a plant.  John has experience with analysis of products by GC, viscosity, and wet analysis and had operated instruments such as Noack, CCS, DSC, FTIR, and GPC.   After retiring from ExxonMobil John worked on decommissioning labs, moving and rebuilding equipment, and running pilot plant and lab reactions.​
